One of the world's largest producers and distributors of motion pictures, 20th Century Fox Film (TCFF) produces, acquires and distributes motion pictures throughout the world. These motion pictures are produced or acquired by the following units of 20th Century Fox Film: Twentieth Century Fox, Fox 2000 Pictures, Fox Searchlight Pictures, Fox International Productions, and Twentieth Century Fox Animation. During fiscal 2017, TCFF placed 25 motion pictures in general release in the United States. The motion pictures produced and/or distributed by TCFF in the United States and international territories in fiscal 2017 included Hidden Figures, Logan, Jackie, and The Boss Baby. TCFF has released or currently plans to release approximately 23 motion pictures in the United States in fiscal 2018.


Reports and backs-up the Manager, Building Management, Facilities Operations, managing office moves, facility parking, and ongoing budget maintenance. Act as liaison between building & Studio occupants & Manager. Handles special projects and assignments as necessary. This position is a Local 174 position. 


Parking Access/Billing 

  • Supervise parking allotments and coordinate distribution to employees based on title and seniority. 

  • Order and distribute validation tickets and track and supervise billing. 

  • Generate monthly parking report for Plaza parking invoice.

  • Review and track invoices for Plaza and CPW parking to ensure timely payment. 

  • Troubleshoot parking issues as necessary.

Office Moves/Furniture 

  • Manage furniture requests: collect requests from tenants and fulfill requests with furniture from warehouse or other offices as it becomes available.

  • Network with department coordinators to plan and schedule personnel moves.

  • Support and troubleshoot moves involving Fox Plaza and FAB as necessary.


  • Troubleshoot all repairs/maintenance calls.

  • Coordinate and schedule vendor services, including carpet installation and repairs, painting, cubicle reconfigurations, and electrical repairs. 

  • Conduct job walks with tenants and vendors such as contactors, painters, carpet installers, etc. as necessary.

  • Ensure vendors are set up properly in company finance systems.

  • Ensure bids are properly approved by requesting departments and track invoices to ensure correct payment.

  • Manage corporate Amex card and track charge codes for reclass payments.

  • Train and support floor contacts to handle smaller maintenance calls as needed.


  • 5 years experience in building/property management, facilities, office management or related field. 

  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Must demonstrate ability to work professionally & effectively during conflict resolution & changing work schedules. 

  • Must be resourceful in developing solutions to unforeseen situations.

  • Must be able to multi-task under high-stress environments.

  • Must have well developed oral & written communication skills.

  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
