The Product Management Director, Marketing Technology & Capabilities is product lead for a cross-functional team in the Fox Networks Digital Consumer Group (DCG) responsible for driving consumer revenue through scalable marketing, consumer insights and targeting. The Product Director will be responsible for understanding audience acquisition and retention strategies, digital marketing best practices, advanced analytics and modeling concepts, and business requirements as it relates to these areas in order to define and execute on product requirements and a product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with Marketers, Strategists, Analysts, Product Managers and Technologists to lead the rapid development, implementation and adoption of new marketing tools and platforms. As such, this role requires a growth hacker's mentality combined with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to bridge technical and business needs.
The Product Director will work with the existing team and third-party vendors to stand up new marketing capabilities, including Email, In-App and Push Messaging, Campaign Management, CRM implementation, Analytics, A/B/Multivariate testing and more. In this role, you will be charged with gathering business requirements from Marketing, defining product requirements and user stories, working with engineering teams to design solutions and implement the stories, and approving completed work as part of User Acceptance Testing.
