JOB DESCRIPTION:

The FOX Sports Digital video intern will use his/her expertise in sports, production, and social media to help produce compelling original video programing to support FOX Sports Digital. Over the course of the internship, the candidate will learn to idealize, shoot, edit and publish videos to the web.

50% of time spent will be planning original video content. This includes ideating, sourcing clips for production, writing, timing out segments or rundowns, and pre-producing talent.

The remaining 50% will be technical execution of the production – including but not limited to shooting, lighting, editing, graphics, music, and publication. Additionally, we are eager for applicants who will help us learn more about our audience through data.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Social media awareness, writing, grammatical skills required.
  • DSLR camera, Video editing (Premiere) & After Effects experience preferred
  • Mac, PC, MS Office, Premier, Photoshop, After Effects, Canon DSLR cameras

To participate in Fox’s Internship program you must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be enrolled full-time in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited university and be sophomore status or above.
  • Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship by the Company.
  • Housing is not provided, so please have a housing option guaranteed before applying.
