  • Responsible for content requirements to produce digital content for Star Jalsha


Campaign Management

  • Creation of event calendars and anchoring ideation of campaigns basis marketing objectives
  • Scheduling the distribution and regulation of content across our digital platforms
  • Daily execution & approvals for social roll out
  • Setting up Live activities (show/event led)

Viewer Engagement & Feedback

  • Help in developing ideas to engage with customers across digital platforms
  • Managing interaction and responses to customer feedback, queries and comments

Liasing with partnering agencies and stakeholders (internal/external)

  • Working with creative agencies to ideate and develop rich and relevant content for various campaigns and posts
  • Coordination with Internal teams (Content Team, PR, Marketing, OAP, etc.)
  • SPOC for Liasing with Hotstar team for platform specific initiatives
  • Managing intranet requirements

Digital Analytics

  • Using various insight tools to analyse the effectiveness of content and campaigns and continuously build improvement
  • Using relevant tools to maximise the visibility of all digital assets and increasing traffic

Domain Expertise

  • Identify key trends in the digital marketing space to be used in creation of future campaigns
  • Continuously evolve digital strategy to identify the best vehicles to invest in basis marketing objectives

  • Engagement Rate
  • Ability to coordinate between internal teams & agency


  • Mass Comm Background / Arts with 2-3 yrs. work experience preferably from Media/FMCG/ Advertising/Agency Background in digital marketing
