This role will drive our Commercial insights, strategy and strategic initiative execution inclusive of the following responsibilities:

  • Identify drivers of our business, data-driven expectations for how they will change going forward, and implications on the business
  • Provide primary decision support to the Business Unit head by preparing and contributing to ad hoc analysis to support decision making process
  • Guide development of channel level forecasts and develop supporting strategy that will inform executive leadership’s growth objectives 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the value drivers of the business
  • Identify performance drivers to ensure resource optimization
  • Monitor, track and analyze performance of various programs and provide recommendations for improvement and summary of successes
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Commercial and Finance to manage pricing
  • Work cross functionally with Programming, Strategy, Sales and Marketing to optimize channels, campaigns and cross sell initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity relating to pricing and products to provide competitive intelligence for decision making
  • Build and maintain effective business partnerships, maintain pulse on business performance issues and opportunities
  • Monitor revenues and costs related to programming to ensure maximum profitability
  • Develop an analysis of projections and budget processes, improving procedures and results
  • Develop  effective and innovative negotiation models and strategies
  • To work with other areas of the company in the definition of strategies for each season, based on market performance and benchmark contemplating Market Share among others 
  • Manage & Control complex projects to quickly grasp project scope, ascertain key milestones, assign tasks, set deadlines and relentlessly work to achieve those deadlines

Strong business and financial acumen (including advanced quantitative & analytical skillset)

Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills required

Demonstrated track record of achievement and commercial aptitude

Strong strategic thinking, superior analytical skills and financial modeling capabilities 

Ability to define strategy and get leadership and organizational buy in

Strong written and oral communication skills
