The Crowds Artist is tasked with filling the screen with background characters to support animation's lead and hero background characters. This support can range from a handful to thousands of characters. We add depth to the shots we touch and add life to scenes that feature large numbers of simple, but numerous character movements. As an intern, you will work with the crowds team to learn our pipeline from start to finish. Crowd interns should demonstrate an understanding of how simulated effects work, composition in frame, and a good sense of appeal and entertainment. Additionally, we are looking for artists that really dive into creative and technical challenges, take the initiative, and are open to learn new processes.
