FOX Networks has built a new state-of-the-art Network Operations Center (NOC) in it’s amazing facility in The Woodlands, TX to monitor and manage its diverse digital distribution platforms. We are looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join the team and be part of creating an amazing and innovative environment that leads the media industry. You can be part of the team that ensures our amazing live sports and top-rated entertainment shows are available across multiple platforms and devices so our viewers never miss a moment!

With that said, we are searching for NOC/OTT Engineer to join the team and be the foundation of our vision/service. The Engineer will be responsible for providing coverage within the department centralized in The Woodlands and will provide diagnostic troubleshooting related to technical or operational issues relevant to live feed monitoring and monitoring for non-linear video distribution platforms. Candidates will be highly skilled and have a proven ability to take ownership as first responders to assess incidents, diagnose, troubleshoot and correct issues according to documented procedures.


  • Receives inbound requests through channels such as phone, web forms, email, chat, or other means based on the documented agreement with the client
  • Supports logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes incidents reported by users or alarms raised by monitoring tools
  • Assesses and diagnoses incidents
  • Resolves incidents utilizing troubleshooting guides, knowledge and existing technical experience
  • Correctly diagnose issues and/or escalates to Management if necessary
  • Tracks tickets until successfully resolved
  • Performs some system administration functions such as updates, audits, and system requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Sciences
  • 3+ years’ performing troubleshooting and resolving issues within an IT, NOC, help desk, or call center environment
  • 3+ years’ experience working with enterprise network equipment and platforms
  • Experience with JIRA or similar applications used for issue tracking - familiarity with system monitoring applications such as Zenoss or DataMiner
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex troubleshooting and resolving issues within an IT, NOC, help desk, or call center environment
  • Proven success with technical troubleshooting
