JOB DESCRIPTION

Your key responsibilities

  • Customer first – Put the customer first in each and every interaction. If you aren’t satisfied with the solution, push harder & get the best solution
  • Personal Ownership - Ability to test and troubleshoot your own product and also communicate customer feedback to product and engineering team to help make meaningful updates to the product
  • Get it right the first time – Make sure that you use impeccable judgement to respond to customers, to ensure that they do not have to come back again for the same issue
  • Bias for Action - Accurately and efficiently handle customer contacts via email, social media and Live chat in the shortest possible time
  • Setting the Bar High - Achieve 90% Customer satisfaction score for each interaction
  • Brand Ambassador - Build strong customer testimonies & drive positive emotions for Hotstar

  • Self-starter attitude - A positive attitude, agility to work in collaborative environment and openness to work in shifts
  • Ability to think on your feet - High ownership, solution orientation and commitment to deliver highest level of customer experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills and an avid social media user
  • Keen problem solver - Should have basic knowledge of troubleshooting on Handheld and desktops (Android, iOS, Windows)
  • Relentless in your pursuit to find better ways to do the same thing
