  • To be in-charge of all consumer and trade connect programmes (strategy & implementation) for Star Jalsha


  • Coming up with consumer and trade connect programme ideas to improve brand affinity/relevance
  • Ensuring end to end execution of those ideas by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining good working relation with trade partners
  • Generating periodical reports on the activities


  • Zero-error, timely and seamless execution of all given projects
  • Ability to drive channel reach targets through the connect programmes


  • MBA marketing with 4-5 yrs work experience


  • Should be organized, efficient in multiple stakeholder management and should have the eye for details
  • Technically savvy, with very good communication (written, verbal and email etiquette)
  • Ability to evolve methods, approaches and philosophies to accommodate expectations
  • Should have clear understanding of Bengal market, which will be required to drive the connect programmes


  • Passionate person with an ability to build capacity and scale up the operations quickly
  • Ability to adapt to an environment of constant change
  • Ability to stay connected to bigger purpose along with high transactional routine tasks
  • Ability to express and perform under pressure is essential
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
