  • Leading a team of frontline sales resources and selling commercial time, sponsorship opportunities, impact, integrated packages for designated Star network channel (Star Gold) to agencies and premium clients in the North market.

  • Achievement of assigned targets of revenue and FCT sales within the specified time frame
  • Incremental Revenues over previous Year
  • New Business Development
  • Develop strong market relationships with retail and SME clients in the segment
  • Managing and motivating a frontline sales team

  • Achievement of the assigned target
  • Accurate information regarding advertising spends on own channels vs. competition, future expansion/ business plans
  • Developing preferred channel partnerships with market.

  • Team Performance & Achievement of targets of the team

  • Minimum Qualification: MBA/ PG
  • Should have minimum 10-12 years of relevant sales experience

  • Strong direct sales skills, ability to develop new clients and handle BD and also deepen relationships with existing clients
  • Presentation and strong communication skills
  • Strong numerical ability skills related to sales targets and revenue calculations

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Assertive and go getter attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Logical and ability to make sound reasoning based conclusions
